WCI was the best arc post-ts becase not only sanji but nami and brook got great writing too
It was also the only arc post ts luffy needed to accept his Ls and do some growing in leadership and how to handle a situation like he did in drum for example. So WCI was good arc for every SH on WCI beside Chopper
