I think with Scopper Gaban reveal I am willing to say Prime Sanji would be stronger than Kaido and closer to Prime Whitebeard level not quite but close enough.

That Rayleigh name dropping just to give fuel to never ending toxicity and fan wars is very annoying.

All that adding to huge gap in portrayal and feats between Sanji and Zoro.
