Good point on the Adam Tree ^^ but disagree on Loki.
His CoO has been one of the most standout tings about his character since his introduction. Be it being able to see all the whilst having his eyes bindfolded or him using what appeared to be FS when Gunko was attacking him or even his reaction to Luffy before he got hit by G3 a few chapters ago. That said it's possible that like Luffy, Loki also has VOAT. Oden had it afterall so there could be multiple people with it.

Even Usopp and Nami are strong compared to the fodder that get knocked out by CoC. The strongest we’ve seen knocked out are VAs who were point blank next to Joyboys haki and even they are likely weaker than Usopp.

To be fair he can see everything through those blindfolds somehow so either he has some secret eye power (definitely possible especially given that it's happened most other times we see a strong anime character with a blindfold on their eyes) or he just has astounding CoO (also not impossible since he is a top or god tier after all)

COC blasts are just plot devices to get rid of nameless fodders. Strenght is not very relevant
No relevant characters ever fainted from it. Tama was taking Big Mom COC that had fodders near them collapse from in Onigashima

I’ll be honest I’m still not sure about lokis bandages. Like if the bandages one hundred percent block his vision he is able to physically see through coo alone (something not even Fujitora can do) his coo is more acute than anything we’ve seen. Which i would buy if he didn’t also bandage his face when he was just a little kid. I doubt his CoO was that good back then too?
