I thunk you mean "effeminate". Androgynous basically means you look ambiguous, could be a girlish boy or boyish girl.

What do you all honestly think the significance of the Okama "drag queen" shit is to Oda's story. Do you think he is painting trans people in a sympathetic light with their association with the revolutionary Dragon (the Protagonist's righteous father). Or is he just making fun of them? Or maybe he changed his mind at some point in the middle?
