Love to bring it up. Aizen is hyped for doing essentially the same thing as Kabuto, when Shinji gets him under his shikai. Kabuto basically has Aizen levels of intelligence

I don’t get why Tsunade stopped using that Jutsu. One explanation I heard is that she has still been using it, but the people she uses it on can pretty much instantly learn how to perfectly control their bodies again and so we just don’t notice it was used. High/Top tier Naruto characters have IQs in the thousands if true

My headcanon is she needs to hit a very specific point on the body and simply doesn't have the luxury to do so against most opponents.

Another underrated intelligence feat is Temari knowing the exact length of shadow that Shikamaru could extends towards her, down to the exact centimeter, and without any ruler or anything, just eyeballing it
