at least 1 Namakeian (Nail)
Majin Buu (Beerus would be desperate enough to awaken him himself)
Babidi (they'd need him to control Buu)
Guldo (time stop would be very useful even Guldo himself is weak)
Pui Pui
Yakon

U7 would still get cooked because of Hit, Toppo, Aniraza and Jiren

I feel like Universe 7 would also need to include two Metamorans with the fusion Dance as that’s one of the strongest techniques in the verse especially at this stage in DBs power scaling when Namek Frieza is seen as basically the strongest in the universe (barring Buu)

Hard to say since we dont know how strong the other universes where back then but I still think they lose, they have no power houses even goku wasn't all that powerful back then
