The animation for Kuma's solo revolution and his other action scenes was really well done. Bekori, the former Sorbet King, should have died the first time Kuma attacked him directly. Oda is a hack for his reluctance to kill villains, though maybe Bekori did die in the end. The scenes with the Revolutionaries were nice.

Yeah, honestly, I think the adaptation of that scene actually surpasses the manga.

Seeing Kuma crash out in rage after showing him failing to save the girls mother(which was like, one tiny blink and you'll miss it panel) is really emotionally satisfying.

Even though its not Naotoshi Shida's craziest scene in terms of animation, I think his art is just insanely dynamic with how he frames the characters.

I really loved the shot of Kuma just towering over Bekori.


Nah, 100% that guy comes back.

Even though he got nuked twice.
