Sanji being a prince always meant he was going to a CoC user. If you look at these titles across OP: Pirate King, Oni Princess, Dark King, King of Hell, Tottoland Queen, DR King, Amazon/Kuja Queen, etc.

CoC always had a strong correlation with "Kingly" attributes

Strength + Royalty = Guaranteed CoC

I was like 60/40 leaning Kuzan doesn’t have ACOC but post Gaban ACOC reveal and immortality counter I’m like 70/30 leaning he does

That lightning was all Garp, no Kuzan. Only Sakazuki has ACoC

You don't need to be royalty. Just saying if you're a strong character and have some King/Prince title, you're basically guaranteed CoC.

Hmm, hard to tell, tbh. I feel like Warcury showed advcocadvcoc, but not advcoaadvcoa and advcooadvcoo. Venus may have shown advcooadvcooadvcoo though, but not advcocadvcoc or advcoaadvcoa.
