Kuzan vs Garp
No black lighting acoc from fist while oda showed it plenty of times for garp in the same arc
No ko fodders
Kizaru in egghead again no black lighting or ko ing fodders

Fujitora will have it.

Swords have their own will and taming a supreme grade blade seems like it requires conquerors haki which is the strongest form of willpower.

Akainu is already a foregone conclusion, he will definitely have it. He’s like Mihawk/Dragon, no point even questioning it.

Kizaru/Greenbull, both could have it or could not have it. Wouldn’t surprise me either way.
