If you look at it, Usopp and Nami aren’t that far from someone like Kidd who has it.

So it's not that farfetched but Oda needs to stop giving CoC to any bum he likes.

Neither Nami nor Usopp deserve it with their feats and what they showed in the manga.

The east blue 5 all deserve haki. These 5 with just a small boat and only a handful of allies decided to challenge the grand line with a smile on their face. I think people forget how serious the grand line was treated in the east blue.

Getting coc is not problem at that point , because oda made hierarchy in coc too. But he is not even writing usopp since dressrosa i guess . Giving usopp would be funny like comes from nowhere

Nami has way more instances of her being confused for a coc user than lanji or usopp combined...
