🤔 I wouldn't say any act was better or worse than the others it's more like theres certain points throughout the arc that was questionable
1. The reveal that kanjuro was the traitor could of been more of a spectacle and he should of actually been able to delay the raid rather than them getting bailed out immediately, or maybe have him being the one guarding Momo in the beginning only to reveal later he's the traitor that would of had much more impact than him just saying "Haha it was I!"
2. Actually let Nami and Usopp fight, Haki blooms in battle and if Oda keeps denying them fights they won't get stronger, Nami could easily extreme dif Ulti and if Usopp used hid skill to hid advantage he could arguably high dif page one rather than having big mom do 99% of the work
3. Could of given a more in depth flashback for kaido all that flashback did was reiterate what we already knew, Kaido was powerful we knew that, Kaido was captured 15 times wd knew that, Kaido was apart of rocks we knew that, the only new information was he was born in some alcoholic kingdom and that wasn't even important to Kaido's flashback let alone the story.
There's a lot of plot points in each act that was quite ridiculous
