Most interesting thing is the serpent soaked in blood confirmed to be the red line. So with the Harley Text,

Looks like the earth god created the red line and the upheaval was the end of the first world. If the Gura Gura is really an Earth god fruit, maybe his earthquakes fucked up the world and caused the mountain chain to rise.
