Penguin did appear in the first one and had his own show, so he's a possibility. Court of Owls could also be very interesting since Battinson's universe seems more grounded.

Joker needs to be iced for a bit, especially after Folly a Deuce or whatever it was called.


Any chance of a new Robin? Could be fun if Penguin is the villain.

Penguin could be the main villain in Part III, with his character being built up through the previous films and his show.

Maybe they won't use the Joker as the main villain in Part II, so it doesn't strongly mirror TDK. They could also save him as a secondary antagonist for Part III.

Scarecrow could work well for Part II. It would be fitting since they're releasing the film in October.

I'd love to see a LA Court of Owls on the big screen they're such a cool group of villains because of how realistic they are but if im being completely honest anyone but the joker

Don't get me wrong Joker is one of my favorite villains, but LA Joker has been done to death
