Top 10 favorite foreign-language films

Post your top 10 favorite foreign-language films, in this context foreign-language means non-English. Technically English is a foreign language for me as well since I am a German living in Germany but I think for most people in the Western world, English is pretty common.
Plus no animation, otherwise Ghibli and Satoshi Kon movies might dominate the lists...

My top 10:

1.) Lady Vengeance/The Handmaiden (South Korea)
2.) Parasite (South Korea)
3.) The Great Beauty (Italy)
4.) Amélie (France)
5.) Winter Sleep (Turkey)
6.) Force Majeure (Sweden)
7.) The secret in their eyes (Argentina)
8,) Wild Tales (Argentina)
9,) Leila´s Brothers (Iran)
10.) Stalker (Russia)

Train to Bussan (Korean)
Rec and Rec 2 (Spanish)
Yu On (Japanese)

A lot of Bud Spencer and Terrence Hill comedy movies (Italian)
