Big mom being shoehorned in was the most disappointing thing about Wano
Made her connection to Elbaph pointless
Made her wanting Revenge for what Luffy did in her turf useless
If she had to be there, then she should of remained a 3rd party with her own group rather than getting sucked into Kaido's story just to give Law n Kid someone to fight

Chimera Kaido roars: "Now child you will see why they call me 100 Beast Kaido!" Kaido has 100 Powerful Zoans in his body. His power level is off the charts, and he reveals, "This is the technique I'd been working on. Why I needed so many Zoan devil fruits. The Smiles. Everything. All for this moment... I am Now above even that geezer Whitebeard! WORORORORORORORORO!" He one shots Sanji, Zoro, Yamato, Kinemon, and nearly kills Usopp, who is saved last second by Kanjuro, who has a turn of heart after seeing how cowardly Usopp is, and cries for Usopp as he hugs him, sorry for what he'd done.
Kaido kills Kanjuro and steps on his head, popping it in very gorey fashion, as Luffy having Awakened, is ready to finish the battle!
Chimera Kaido has Dragon, Pteranodon, Brachiosaurus, Mammoth, Spider, Tyrannosaurus Rex, and Sabertooth transformations, ut he also has a extremely strong 7th transformation: Typhon. His Typhon is one of his 100 transformations, and his power rivals that of even Whitebeard, who you'd need a miracle to defeat!!!

100 Beast Kaido should have been a Chimeric creature of nightmares, and have it revealed that during the face off vs Oden, Kaido was forced to awaken and use his Typhon form for like two-three attacks, before getting tired, as he couldn't hold it too long at the time, only having mastered it slightly due to the face off vs Moria.

Honestly he should of stayed evil in fact it would of been much better if he was the traitor
Was one of Odens first retainers along side Kinemon, was Kimemon's best friend and helped raise and take care of Hiyori
Him being the traitor would of had a much much bigger impact on Kinemon's psyche, imagine if Hiyori was raised by a Kyoshiro actually loyal to Kaido she was young enough that she was still impressionable and can be changed by the nature of her environment and Kyoshiro or denjiro whatever his name is spent 20 years in his role it wouldn't be shocking to say he had stalkholm syndrome and became a Kaido/Orochi sympathizer
