They're just well-rounded generals, much like Kanou himself. But Kanou gets the immortal/undying hype cause mf be living through wildest shit. Very different from the descriptions for the other two. So Rinbou could probably get a description fitting his personality or something. But outside of that, they're just well-rounded generals.
Ryuukoku is a strategist on par with the likes of CGR and such.
Rokuomi is a strong warrior, above the likes of Akou.
