Roger had a crew of like 20+ mfs that Oda named. The Cook is simply somebody else out of these people.


As for the fighter.... Literally Rayleigh... who was no other purpose other than to fight. He just has the first mate title, and Zoro doesn't because the SHPs don't have a formal ranking process.

I still hope that one day nami and usopp can upgrade their roles on the crew to chief of staff and vice captain/first mate. Zosan can keep the wings title if they want
