All the above characters on left will have Acoc. Law with DF most likely will get some ability to by pass it.

As for HKs , there will be a method to trap them or by pass their regen with some other means. Yamato is also there.

Yamato is set to join. Chinjao and Hancock are def going to help. Shanks would depend on if he’s meant to meet with Luffy at that point.

of the main crew: Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji will get ACoC

Jinbe will get some Fishman power. Possibly granted to him by Shirahoshi.

Franky builds pluton

Brook and Robin get busted awakenings.

The weak trio probably won’t 1v1 HKs. They didn’t 1v1 tobi roppo after all. Still, they’ll be able to hold their own. Usopp will get sea stone weapons, Chopper will get bio-weapons, and Nami will probably get a Zeus power up.

there’s a decent chance Sai, Bartolommeo, Hajrudin, and Cavendish could get ACoC, and fight HKs alongside the mid trio.

As for the Gorosei. They will primarily be handled by the main crew.

Shanks vs Garling will probably happen.
Zoro vs Nusjuro will happen.

for the other 3 and Shamrock, my guess is:

Sanji
Yamato
New character(guardian of lodestar or laugh tale)
Loki vs Shamrock

I’d say revolutionaries fight the marines
Kid, Law, and Sabo fight an avatar of Imu(similar to Imunko)

Koby gets possessed by Imu and is forced to fight Luffy as a Bellamy-type thing to stall him from the main action. He might fight Kuzan before/after.

I think only 4 members will be getting it on luffy's crew
Roger's Crew- Roger, Rayleigh, Gaban, Oden (If you don't count shanks)
Rock's crew- Rocks, Whitebeard, Big Mom, Kaido
So It'll probably be
Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Yamato
