If you are not an oddity like Bigmom it is mostly Genetic, a King can born from all families but if you're from a royal lineage then getting is highly likely.

We're talking about a woman who literally had 85 children and only one of them has CoC, which proves it's not fundamentally genetic. I never said all of them had to have it for it to be genetic.

What you're doing is called confirmation bias. 84 children from the same family not inheriting CoC is a much stronger evidence than 4 of them from 4 different, unrelated people "inheriting" it.

Again, you might be slightly more likely to get it if one of your parents has it, but fundamentally, it's not genetic. Maybe there's something about inheriting someone's spirit or whatever, but it has nothing to do with biology.
