Xebec is everything Kaido fans wish Kaido was. Oda immediately introduces Xebec as someone who beat an Admiral and who required two pirate king level fighters to gang up on him.

Kaido was immediately introduced as a bum who beat no one but Moriah, lost to Lolden, and ducked Wano when Ace came to finish off Hanafuda’s rival

Literally everyone has forgotten about Kaido, he is an irrelevant midseries filler villain just like everyone said.

Funny how Admiral fans point fingers at Kaidou fans — the strongest living pirate, strongest living creature, strongest man in the world, the toughest guy in the story, and the one versus one king — as if we’re mad about Xebec. Bro, Kaidou has the biggest titles and feats in the manga, while the Admirals became luxury background characters who drop from a punch to the chin. Why so salty?

I agree, Teach is my fave character by far, but I'm not biased, so I can't say that Teach is stronger than Xebec, in fact nobody is, Teach has a long way to go since he gets to Xebec level.
