That would mean the original owner of the Yami Yami's soul was trapped into Xebec's body, and BB has that soul + his father's trapped into his own body.

What is "literally told in the story" is that his body is special, there's no indication about the reason. Nothing Marco said implies in the slightest it has nothing to do with his DF, so we just don't know. I don't care about whatever your agenda is.
