Kuzan is, not Kizaru. All he has on him is he yelled at him and getting Akainu to say “my bad”.

Kizaru was portrayed >= Aokiji in MF. That much is clear. Matchup scaling never fails in One Piece. It is one of the purest ways of ranking characters in this verse. It's basically word of god.
