There is no "before the water source engulfs them" it is created on them, that's how the water dome works, they are not moving or using their powers underwater.

They aren't fast enough to blitz Kisame but even if they were, they don't fight like that, they hold back and enjoy the fight, the rooftop battle proves this.

Wrong Whitebeard was fully committed to destroying the tiny island and going down with it at the end he just wasn't able to.

He can make smaller fist sized quakes but that doesn't mean he's concentrating all the ocean tilting energy into a quake sized fist, you need to prove that which you cannot do.

Kisame creates a giant water bubble on top of them which drowns Whitebeard, Crydo and Meme, only Shanks is safe and ends up defeating Kisame, but the devil fruit users get fodderized.

Because he copied it with Thieving Drunk mode... it isn't a coincidence that he only ever showed future sight in that moment.

It appears instantly around the Yonko, it's magic, it doesn't have to make sense.

The reason is that energy doesn't work that way, you need to prove that he is able to condense that huge multi-continental energy that is usually spread across a planetary range all into his fist for direct attacks, but you cannot do this because the manga never indicates it.

Whitebeard can emit tiny quakes from his body that's how he broke the ice, but he cannot use his power underwater so it's irrelevant.

Barrier isn't omnidirectional + Kaido/Big Mom never once in the entire manga used it defensively. It's not PIS, it's simply how they fight in character, they are not bloodthirsty individuals that go all out from the start, Kaido took like thirty chapters to get serious lmao.

Kisame is drowning these fodder.

Jinbe cannot produce water from nothing, nor can he contain it into a shape like Kisame can.
