Wouldn't say Harald is completely random, he was said to be the strongest king in history of the strongest nation in the world but we're so used to giants being fodders that we might have thought the hype was just empty talk from Oda lol.
Also this significantly raises Loki stocks, he might not be in his prime since he's pretty young by giants standards but has the making of a peak top tier considering he's even more of a freak than his dad.

The entire BBP that just barely killed an already dead WB. They posed absolutely no threat to anyone.
