Ngl it’s kinda dumb that Togashi made Adult Gon be fucking Meruem.

Might be even worse than 8th Gate tbh since anyone with decent Nen mastery should be able to do the binding vow Gon made to temporarily gain strength. Would Tserriednich become 5 Great Calamities tier if he did that binding vow?

Adult gon we saw is a brute force machine with no brain at all

Even if he matches Meruem physically, Meruem massively scales above that version of gon in anything to do with the brain.

Meruem would literally run circles around him. He could just keep evading and wait out till gon is out of his plot juice lol

Meruem grows stronger in general. He adapts. Adult gon is not mereum's equal. He does poses a threat to him.
