I cannot pinpoint what exactly is wrong with it, probably the fact that it doesn't capture manga's wild chaotic vibe for me.

It's fairly faithful to the plot, the overall animation quality isn't that bad, but when I compare how I feel about the manga vs how I feel about the anime, something's missing in the anime for me.

I would still suggest you give it a go and decide for yourself after a few episodes, you might enjoy it more than I did!
