There are several pieces of evidence for this:
1. Kid Akainu already had a marine cap(did his father give him the cap?)

2. The admiral's murder hasn't been shown in this flashback, but it would be odd if Oda didn't show it. It's most likely that he'll show it later, in Akainu's flashback.

3. Oda seems to like giving important characters powerful fathers.

Unless Akainu's mom was impregnated literally right before he died (as literally within that 9-12 months), it likely isn't Akainu's dad.
And I don't think Oda would really set up Akainu to simply be an Admiral son, too boring. He's made Akainu far too interesting for a route like that, imo.

Oda showing literally everything of thaf indicent, before and after the murder included, but not the murder itself, all while still talking about It and putting it at the core of Xebec's hype (first thing in his presentation, then "grievous of sins"), It's fishy.
