Round 3 idk how to scale the universes. OPM has some crazy feats but Metal Knight doesn't really have anything jaw dropping of the top of my head.

And frankly for a pirate universe setting Vegapunk did crazy things : robots, clones, copying DF, sea stone, etc etc even Punk Records is an insane thing

Bofoi cretaed the whole Hero HQ that we see today, complete with its defense mechanisms. It's walls are so thick and sturdy that Saitama punching through them (pre Boros fight) is a feat for it for sure
