Zoro forging black blades mid-fight against Mihawk would cheapen the moment for me.

I prefer Zoro forging all his blades into black blade before his fight with Mihawk.

Then we get the ultimate duel of swordsmen.

Two black blade forger duking it out.

ZKK didn't happen, so unless Lolda retcons Enma's dream, it will never turn black.

I feel like only Wado will turn black. The when is irrelevant.

Only one that will blacken in story is Wado Ichimoji

Maybe if we get a big where are they now time jump all 3 will be black but Wado definitely has the most meaning to Zoro and will likely be the one he turns black

Exactly what I'm expecting too. Hopefully Oda will give us some more on Kuina and Ryuuma when the time comes too. Would be even doper if Tashigi gets to witness Zoro turning a sword black somehow.

There's less than 5% chance of Zoro making a Black Blade

The Moment Ryuma was revealed to have had a Black Blade, was the Moment it's confirmed even a Black Blade can't Defeat Mihawk,

I was not predicting how it will go, just sharing my preference. Power level wise, it makes more sense to me if Zoro enters the Mihawk fight with all his black blades forged. We get to see Peak vs Peak.

But since Oda prioritizes narrative, Wado turning black during the fight is more likely.
