Actually i'm not sure anymore, but the 2 Rocks scene, the one with Loki and the 5 km radius thing is connected and both his power at play.. It can be Haki or Devil Fruit, so now i can't claim only Devil Fruit even if i wanted it to be..

And the wording in japanese is weird for the Narrator part where Harald and Rocks clash..

You don't use '' Hitokage '' to describe people usually..
And '' Keshisatta '', like eradicated, normally when people just pass out of CoC they just faint..
