Ngl, Was chunin exams Lee even above Neji? Neji wasn't really shown to be impressed with weightless Lee, and was only shown respecting Lee with the gates, but he can't hold them long. Plus, Lee even implied Neji was above him at one point

It could end up like G4 Luffy vs Doffy round one, He could probably beat the shit out of Neji, but if Neji lasts until Lee runs out of energy, he should easily be able to put a weakened Lee down

The little loser Lee would win, especially with the surprise and shock factor by his side. Gaara had absolutely no close combat abilities and Neji is a close combat beast. I wonder how rotation would fair against Lee's speed.
