You would think the LA series changed Mihawk entire character from the manga they way they are talking. When in reality it’s faithful great adaptation of the manga original content. Everyone overwhelmingly loved Mihawk in the LA so they can’t openly trash him there

@The Legend your time shine we are getting Sengoku piece :kata:
You think I hate the LA version and am scared of admitting it? Lmao. This is the internet, nobody is shaking their boots about expressing their opinion about a fictional character behind their computer. If I didn't like the LA version, I would say so.

You should stop having this victim mentality, I'm a Sanji fan and you don't hear me cry about people shitting on him lol.

Not everyone can nail it like Mihawk actor

Where is that guy who was diehard segoku fan always butting heads with the admiral bros :milaugh:
Yeah, idk why they went for golden eyes though, does this confirm that Mihawk will have golden eyes and not red eyes anymore? I personally dont want him to have a connection with Imu via the red eyes thing.

The actor was great.

The non-chalant attitude with the poise of knowing you're the strongest he did a great job.
I don't think I missed the point when the guy literally said you're just a hater if you don't find him interesting in the manga lol. Let's be honest, what you're saying just sounds like an excuse to defend the character because you like him, it's not really about whether he's different in the LA.
Again missed the point..
I don't get the same vibes from the character in the show, which makes perfect sense because it's just a real human being acting and adding his own touch with his tone and mannerism vs just a drawing. Oda barely did anything with the character in the manga and his taciturn demeanor is the kind of archetype we've seen a million times in shonens. The only thing I find interesting about manga Mihawk so far is his design.
That’s up to your interpretation. If you choose not to pay attention to panels and Mihawk’s statements, and you needed an IRL version to make it easier to digest, that’s perfectly fine. However, coming to someone like myself or @mly90 , who are fans of Mihawk, and saying they’re not the same is damn near insanity, especially when Matt Owens is a fan of the manga and tried his best to keep every character as faithful to the manga as possible.
