I probably wouldn't share Marineford unless I come across someone only interested in shutting their brain off and just see cool action scenes.

I'll mixed both cool action and story telling all in one compacted.

Ace vs Blackbeard

It has an interesting background between the 2, why the tension between them, cool abilities being presented, and the last moment leaving a cliff hanger with a narrative that makes you want to know what happens next in the series. Like why did the narrator said this moment will spark such a major event in the world of One Piece.

They will appreciate Marineford even more seeing this prior.

A lot but it's on of this
- Arlong Park (epic walk, a racist theme)
- Skypiea (Lore arc, also you got Eminem on there)
- Ennis Lobby (willingly sacrificed for his/her friends theme)
- Marineford (cuz one of handsome char and mc brother in Ace, died in a war saving his brother)
- Egghead (Kuma's flashback)

I would show them the Jaya Arc. It's a short setup arc that begins with Robin joining the crew and the fresh dynamic she brings as a new member.

What Jaya offers: a ship falling out from the sky, the looming giant shadows of Skypieans, a lawless town setting that captures pirate vibes, Blackbeard's iconic quote, Bellamy getting one-shot, the Gorosei's introduction, the debuts of Doffy, Kuma, and Sengoku, their meeting with Mihawk joining and Lafitte crashing it, the BBP introduction, updated bounties for Luffy and Zoro, and it ends with the Straw Hats blasting upward toward Sky Island.

The ending leaves you wanting more.

The answer is always Skypiea
This is objectively correct.
Good lore (and hints at future lore, even had a little reference to the Harley text iirc)
Good fights
Great characters (Enel is one of the best and coldest villains in the series and his fruit was cool too. He used it in some fun and crazy intelligent ways)
Good mix of comedy and serious moments
And skypiea it self is one of my favorite places in the OP world. Just the very concept of an ancient sky island with tech like the dials is super badass imo

Arlong Park arc
- Short enough arc, good pacing
- Good Nami's backstory
- Each of Straw Hats bar Nami got 1 vs 1 fight, including Usopp
- Good looking villain (Arlong)
- Memorable scenes (Luffy stopped Nami from stabbing herself and epic Straw Hats walk into Arlong Headquarters)
