Raw power doesn't do much in terms of AP though. WB's attack put akainu down for some time where as pizarro endured garp's named attack.

Raw doesn't do much , neither do sword attack. Unless infused with haki.

Zoro includes Raw strength + Sword skill + Haki to get that much AP.
Roger , Shanks. MIHAWK does the same.

Garp focuses entirely on Raw Strength + Haki.

Kaidou Raw strength is Also improved through Hybrid Form. Rest of Kaidou hax abilities are easily blocked by garp.

Dragon and Akainu uses their Own Kung fu lmao.

well yeah same opinion. Mihawk's eyes also don't fit. He looks more connected to Imu with those eyes.
