Shiki is tighly connect to Roger interms of rivalries and battles
I see no logic how Ray fights Shiki much less took him out.
When someone have big fight in the past let alone beats one another, there is always a grudge or some hint of past rivalries/past confrontation .
There's Zero evidence for Shiki and Ray
There's alot other powerful and notorious pirate from Rocks crew that Oda could waste them for Ray and Gaban hype at GV

Tashigi is basically marine Zoro. Yeah she probably grows faster than Robin.
do you understand how long ago PH was? Characters are as strong as the plot demands. Vergo, who broke Sanji’s leg in PH, is comparable in feats and portrayal to characters Robin and Franky beat in Wano.
