He did have help, he can’t take down the entirety of Rocks by himself. He can take out one enemy by himself though.

Everything Garp can do Prime Sengoku can as well. The Shiki fight cemented them as equals for eternity. If Garp is PK level Sengoku is as well.

I changed my mind, this is how I think OP will end shipping wise:

Pudding x Sanji
Hina x Smoker (Implied already canon)
Luffy forever alone (Boa wants him)
Zoro x Hiyori (but Kizaruber eats has convinced me via parallel piece of the Nami late game push strat).
Robin x Franky
Nami - forever alone - orphanage matron.
Ultimate Locked-In Canon - Usopp x Kaya. (Even live actioned it because it's that obvious, ffs).

Aye, I expect a Goku Chichi parallel with Luffy and Boa or Nami maybe but realistically he would rather get with a meat fruit user or something.
Something like Streusens fruit but can artificially produce tasty meat somehow infinitely lol.
