It´s usually Bm and Kaido, who are closer as peers, Big Mom says they both ruled as emperors for decades, they skysplit together etc(Though BM also fought WBP sometimes, Pero said he wanted to kill Marco, idk what the lore on that is) and WB didn´t shout out BM when talking about who ruled the seas in those days..
WB:Shiki(top rocks pirates based on flashback, Oda wanted WB to shout out Shiki, Shiki went to his ship in chap 0. Both seem to rival sengoku a bit)

Oda has made WB and Shiki relationship much more clear now, they were old buddies on the same crew. BM was also part of the crew but she was a later addition same as Kaido, and they got closer

It doesn't seem like there is any new levels of haki post adv coc coating. While Roger/rocks most likely have stronger adv coc coating than Kaido , Kaido makes it up for it by having DF buff.

At this rate by feats Kaido may legit be stronger especially with island level magma mode coated with adv coc.
