I hold the same opinion more or less. Just listing them because they're supposed to be beautiful.
At this point, being impressive without even trying is just another Tuesday for Rayleigh. We need to re-think our opinions of Hancock btw.
Nah, let's not be hasty. Let's not forget Roger is the standard that almost every great guy gets compared to. Even the people that don't respect Rocks respect Roger and it's predominantly due to his strength. I'd like to think Roger and WB eventually went on to surpass Rocks or they're at least equal to him.
Garp is never supposed to be someone that can't compete with Roger. This kind of encounters are to be expected b/w them. Even BM had a 3-day-long equal fight with Kaido and you can comfortably put Kaido two levels above Big Mom. We already know why WB was accepted as the WSM when Garp was still around, and WB's greatest hype is being Roger's equal.

Btw I am still expecting Roger to narratively separate himself from Garp during this GV event. He has to get an eventual 1v1 with Xebec. If that doesn't happen though then there's just no doubt Garp at worst is intended to be equal to Roger.
