No, clearly me being the son of a man who was literally born in Abidjan and can even speak languages from parts of Africa doesn't matter since my skin isn't brown like him so I'm automatically white.

Black is not even a race. It's a US American category that makes no sense in a broader global context. There are Asians and SAmerican Natives that have darker skin that some Africans, yet nobody in their right mind would use the inaccurate descriptor 'Black' for them.
