Harald could have went to gv. And if Rocks did get possessed by imu, maybe Rocks could have requested with his last remaining consciousness that Harald kill him.

Like Harald most likely did to Loki 14 years ago.

Harald did somehow manage to "join" the wg. Their condition was for him to kill Rocks. So maybe the above scenario qualifies.
