You might be wondering why the Straw Hat crew hasn't noticed their updated bounties yet.
The answer is simple is the events at Egghead just happened, and they arrived at Elbaf within only 1–2 days.
This isn't unusual for One Piece. Let’s look at past patterns
1) After Alabasta, the crew didn’t learn about their new bounties until the end of Jaya.
2) After defeating Kaido, Luffy’s new bounty wasn’t revealed until over a week later (when Apoo found out), and the rest of the crew saw theirs a few days after that.
3) When Luffy beat Doflamingo, he didn’t get his bounty right away either so it was three days later, once he woke up and they were heading to Zou.
So yeah, the delay makes sense.
Now, as for who likely got bounty updates after Egghead and it’s only three members :

1) Took down an Admiral (whether Kizaru was nerfed or not, the guy was down, and that’s what the world will see).
2) Caused absolute chaos at Egghead ( clashing with both the Navy and the Five Elders.)
3) Vegapunk’s death? That’s getting pinned on him too.
