I don’t think Teach is as good as Rocks.

Rocks ultimately loved his friends and family. Teach murdered WB, the man who adopted him and raised him. Also murdered Thatch, who should have been like a brother to him. Betrayed Ace as well.

Rocks, if nothing else, wasn’t a backstabber. Teach would have killed Harald and enslaved Elbaf, if he was in Rocks’s place.

One thing I'm worried about, is that Oda is going to have some of these CD get redeemed.

Gunko for example is obviously going to get redeemed.

The Elders and some of the HK like Sommers are most likely going to die.

But many of the other CD, I feel like are not going to get any severe punishment.

you also have to understand its already a 20+ year story with a personal deadline so you're not goign to get everything you want plus more.

20+ year story but Odas Flashbacks NEVER lost their touch overtime. His Flashbacks arguably get better as the story goes on.

It's just true, Gege is far from perfect and there are many things Oda does better than him but when it comes to developing compelling antagonists, fleshing out a power system, actually drawing fights, incorporating stakes and tension to name a few, Gege is far superior
