I'd say he is a Bartolomeu but since Rocks had his name changed...

I just feel how bad it is. Oda did a good name change with Roger. WG made Gold Roger to hide the D. But Roger explained how his name was Gol D. Roger. Xebec just let them call him Rocks even know his name is Davy.
