bounties wouldn't matter, their showings spoke for themselves.

3 WB commanders were matching Admirals, 1 stalemated and forces supposed WSS to postpone but never finished the match, & finally a 4th commander made Kaido have PTSD and was just about beat until underhanded tricks.

another non commander beat 1/3 commanders pre-TS then beat a 2nd in between the TS.

Lihawk has to finish 2 duels now, which he never will ause the dude is a certified bum.

WB commanders are slept on heavily.

Either Imu decides who to give it to, or its a contract you have to ask Imu to give you, and thus most likely Garling never really accepted that contract even as the leader of the holy Knight

Maybe he didn't want to be bound by him judging by what happens to those who betray him or he thought it wasnt the right time(depending on if he accepted it as a gorosei member now or not) or he was simply never interested in the immortality thing, likely aiming for something else

and look like in his late 30s in god valley
