blackbeard being a buccaneer theory isn't new, people who got hooked to pirate books due to one piece pointed it out years ago... like this VERY FAMOUS book:
Sure but:
1. In the story itself, the Bucaneer thing kind of just came out of nowhere? Which would be one thing if it was just Kuma, but if this is supposed to be a major plot relevant group, it's kind of a late reveal of their existence. Same is kind of true for Lunarians I think.
2. we don't really know what the Bucaneers even are I don't think. Obviously they are taller then regular humans, but a lot of OP characters are like that.
3. This still doesn't explain Teach eating 2 DF's as other Bucaneers can't either, given Teach was the first one
