He's gonna come back ripped. I feel like moria is like an inverse uncle iroh. Incredibly loyal in fought for his kingdom, but lost. Iroh became a better person because of this, and grew to learn to hate war. Moria he became a worse person and a coward, but at the same time also hated war and didn't want to cause any more innocence to die. This is why he was targeting pirates to join his crew and becomes zombies.

Eventually they both get imprisoned.
Iroh trains in prison to become as strong as he used to be. I think moria had a prison training arc just like kid and luffy in udon. Prime moria gave kaido, who gave oden trouble, trouble. Moria fought kaido twenty three years ago. His devil fruit mastery, the knowledge of haki should be much greater than they used to be. Morias problem has been will. Rather than fight his own battles, he wanted to use the dead to fight them for him.

I believe Absalom's death will trigger Moria to remember oden's death. Once moria realizes teach who killed absalom is trying to take over wano after it was freed. Moria will want to travel to wano to begin with because it's territory, he's familiar with. Moria should awaken his fruit and develop strong haki in this arc. There's a lot of corpses that are well maintained in Wano via ringo and other places that will give him his army. I think it's also possible he develops conquerors.

I thought moria would end up being a tragic character that died in act for and tried to turn kaido into a zombie. While this is still possible, I think moria already is a tragic character, and we're going to see him become a true hero of wano, by fighting teach. Everyone who died in the raid should still be a fresh corpse as well. As far as we know, neither the beast pirates nor the kozuki cremate remains. I imagine moria is like ashura doji's troops in that he couldn't wait the five years, knowing it was a lie and attacked the beast pirates to save wano. Yamato and moria you should become best friends in act 4, because moria, most likely loves oden as a brother

Oda is unfortunately a bleeding heart who wouldn't have the Celestial Dragons massacred, as sadly, it wouldn't jive with his message.

But having Teach enslave them for a time until Luffy finally defeats him is sufficient karma, I suppose.

You've got: King, a Lunarian, Minks, 2 Fish-Men, Who's Who... there's a shit ton of people the Celestial Dragons would love to hunt in Wano. And Wano has a ton of food, now, while the CDs are starving. The Kozuki are the creators of the Poneglyphs and the WGs mortal enemies.

Wano's getting a human hunt.

I've stated Teach was going to invade Wano for Pluton, before, and I still believe that. But, my love for certain theories blinds me to other possibilities often. Oda is clearly portraying Rocks as a hero, and Blackbeard as a victim.

What if it's the World Government, who invades Wano, like God Valley? Imu Domi Reversi's the Celestial Dragons into Demons, and they attack Wano.

If that Abyss connects to places you've already been, V. Nusjuro, who is IMO CLEARLY from Ancient Wano, can teleport to Wano.

And Blackbeard, comes to Wano, to fight them, for Pluton.

Absolute fucking peak. So glad many more people are waking up to the greatness of Moria and understanding him better.

Although I'll never defend his also dumb, corrupt ass for having Absalom and Hogback in his crew, even though Absalom risked his life to save Moria at Marineford.

Aside from that he's an amazing character and massively misunderstood.

Get this man an 80s training montage!
