Domi reverse only works in their native place or Hometown.
Imu can't do it with anyone who is not at their own Hometown.
Dorry and Broggy - Elbaf
Xebec - God Valley
Lunarian - Redline

lunarians are just Domi reversed version of normal White Feathered Clan.
King wings looks awfully similar to Dorry and Broggy wings. They probably found some way to take control back from imu, or something related to their clan powers. Which is why they were driven to extinction.
But why does Imu ability works in a place where their hometown is? God knows. But coincidences are there.
Why didn't imu just Domi reversed Luffy in Egghead?
Why are galley-ra giants Are frozen and not domi reversed?
Why isn't john the giant domi reversed, they always wanted a Giant under their faction?

It could also explain how, Shanks is free from Imu control, Shanks considers God Valley to be his home which is destroyed whereas Shamrock considers Mariejois as his place.
