Opposite for me, this chapter officially put Garp off fraud watch. He split the sky, he had Roger's help but Rocks right now is powered up with Imu and Garp came through.
Garp is now officially the only Marine to ever approach Yonko level. Prime is probably somewhere between Roger and Rayleigh but closer to Rayleigh.

Nah, this is slander. Akainu is definitely Yonko level. Only question is where he ranks among them. By portrayal it should be something like below but we won't know for sure until we get confirmation.
Akainu - 5
Kuzan - 4.5
Kizaru - 4
Fuji - 3.5
Ryukogyu - 3
I'm betting on Akainu every day of the week against BM. Prime Kuzan (right now the handicapped version might just be 3.5 or something) might also be above her but below Kaido. The rest have yet to show their full capabilities but Kizaru could hang with Luffy for a bit and Lucci (now slouch himself, confident he is around 1-1.5 together with the other YC1) was sure the SHP couldn't stop him + Kizaru (his superior) but he miscalculated as Zoro is 1.1 and Luffy 3B (but in reality they should be closer to 1.6-1.8 and 4.4-4.6 if the WG gave them fair bounties)
