Even though it's non canon I like Xebec's hair colour. The actual colour might just end up being black streaks instead, ofcourse he will also be darker skin too like Teach since he's supposed to be Somali.
Honestly with Loki inheriting Xebec's dream after his face turn and Luffy Roger's, Teach would feel more of a looming threat, the blackhole that threatens Imcel, JB's successor and Jones' successor.
Because we haven't seen islands on the map. The area was a large range of mountains. God Valley wasn't "nuked off the map" either, it sunk into the sea.
Also, wiping a country off the map is always surface damage, because the ground stays intact. And Madara himself said that the battle between him and Hashirama would cause maps to be rewritten drastically. And they were far from Ootsutsuki level.

At first I didn't take it seriously, but now I definitely think Buggy and Rocks are somehow connected, Oda could've chose any other hair color and he chose blue, not to mention the 1:1 bounty posters.
Yea but they're not serious, he goes back and forth between making Law's hair blue and black whenever convenient (basically based on the aesthetic of the volume cover he's in) and he also uses the exact same skin tone across all characters, even ones like King who is darker in the actual black and white manga, and confirmed by dialogue as well.
For me Law's canon hair colour is black because that is what it is in the anime and the movies. The only thing that really matters as far as colouring goes.
It's a big epic spread showing everyone's fates after the war and showing the island falling into the ocean. Of course Oda's going to play it up by having a big lightning storm happen too
