Gunko had the shallow sea mark in God valley as a “God’s steel” rank. She then got the Deep sea mark as a God’s knight.
This entire time she has eternal youth no matter what abyss mark she has. She doesn’t even have the final abyssal sea mark and yet again, she has eternal youth.
Other god’s knights like Garling who had the deep sea mark in God valley never got eternal youth the entire time. They got “immortality” which is just regeneration from wounds.
Imu can give you eternal youth when you become a Gorosei somehow, but it’s completely separate from which mark you have.
That’s unless Gunko didn’t get Eternal youth from Imu at all and she is using some other non-Imu power for that.
